Corporate Corner forms the keystone of Technology Park and occupies prime position for exposure to the public. Areas up to 4,400 square meters will be available; ideally suited to the high profile stake holder. Stage 3 Boston Gardens will provide a further 4,400 square meters of Lettable Space.
Department of Industry and Resources
The Department of Industry and Resources is the Western Australian Government agency responsible for the State's economic development. The agency administers the Technology Park operations. New tenant applications are assessed by the Department and recommendations are made to the Minister for Industry and Enterprise, the Hon Francis Logan.

Initiatives managed by the Australian Federal government such as the Department of Education, Science and Training, the Department of Industry, Tourism and Resources - AusIndustry and Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade are promoted through the Technology Park management and Department of Industry and Resources ( Western Australia ). Strategic Alliances
Park management is focused on facilitating opportunities for Technology Park tenants to create strategic alliances. Western Australia has a good relationship with other Technology Parks within Australia and overseas Science and Technology Parks . There are also linkages with State organisations involved in Technology Park and Technology Precinct, and in addition, the stakeholders involved in the Australian Marine Complex, Technology Precinct in Cockburn Sound.
